Allison is the owner of Shining Star Pageant Coaching. She has competed in pageants for 28 years! She is a graduate of Ohio University with a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics/ Applied Nutrition. In the past she has worked as a dietitian and NASM certified personal trainer. Allison was also a professional dancer in the AHL as a Cleveland Monsters Hockey Girl for 3 years. She is a celebrity makeup artist with her business Allison Kaye Glam alongside running her other businesses; Shining Star Pageant and "Snyder Sold It" as a licensed Real Estate Agent. She resides in both Cleveland, Ohio and Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Allison has been coaching girls for 14 years but officially opened Shining Star Pageant Coaching as a registered business in 2013. Allison has clients with countless local, state, national and international titles because of her coaching expertise. She has had a wide variety of pageant experience at local, state, national/ international levels from competing herself, judging, and coaching girls to win at those levels. She is a former writer for the Pageant Planet- an internationally known top pageant business/ resource site. Allison has the experience and knowledge you need to succeed in your next pageant when it comes to working on interview, modeling, talent, onstage questions, onstage introductions, lifestyle and fitness or whatever phases of competition your pageant requires!

Destiny is currently a college student studying to become a news reporter residing in New York City. Competing in pageants for 10 years, some of her most notable titles include; National American Miss New York 2023, International United Miss Teen 2019, National American Miss New York Junior Teen 2016, National American Miss New York Teen 2021. Destiny has also had notable placements at International/ National level pageants such as 1st Runner Up NAM All-American Teen 2020, Top 10 NAM National Teen 2021, and 2nd Runner Up Royal International Miss Junior Teen 2018. With a specialty in speaking, Destiny has had multiple perfect scores in interview and introduction. She recently had the highest/perfect score for the NAM Teen division in 2021. Destiny works as an interview coach, modeling coach, wardrobe/styling consultant, and introduction coach.

Miranda
Miranda brings a diverse range of experience to the Shining Star Pageant Coaching team. She has written countless winning introductions for national titleholders and helped contestants deliver impactful spokesmodel speeches. With her background of judging countless pageants, as well as competing herself, she offers a unique perspective on what stands out to a panel of judges. Miranda also provides personalized mock interviews to help contestants build confidence, refine their delivery, and showcase their authentic selves on stage.
Isabel
Isabel is a 3-time national titleholder with titles including National All-American Miss Jr. Teen, America's Ideal Miss Teen, and International United Miss Jr. Teen. With over 11 years of widespread pageant experience, Isabel is ready to help others achieve their goals in pageantry. Isabel is a recent college graduate, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. She is the founder of Hands4Hearing, a program dedicated to educating the world about the Deaf community and has raised several thousand dollars for charity over the years. Isabel coaches for interview, modeling, platform development, and introduction.
